Graduation – a time to celebrate

Graduations are a time to celebrate many things – the hard work and dedication, the all nighters right before exams, achievements, the end of education in institutions and the beginning of grown up life. A time for mums and dads to give themselves a wee pat on the back for doing a great job at getting their not so little one this far and the next level of letting go as they spread their wings even further. Amy and her family celebrated back in December when she graduated with her nursing degree. Families getting together to celebrate these special times is so lovely and it was extra lovely that Amy’s Nana could join us.
