Chris & Jason … Married at Mitchell’s Cottage.

I have known Chris since she was a baby – I remember when she was born…… I came across her again much later on when she studied her pharmacy degree and I was tutoring in the dispensing lab. As you can imagine, I was very excited when she contacted me to be her wedding photographer.

Chris has hooked up with a lovely Irish man – and they are just so sweet together. Their gorgeous green  wedding (perhaps an Irish inspiration) took place high on the hills behind Alexandra at Mitchell’s Cottage. A cold wind blew, there was snow on the hills and a few flakes fluttered down after the ceremony….but it was the perfect place to say “I do” to your best friend. And….that’s just what they did.

Chris has the cutest little nieces – don’t you think?

Ooooh…..how romantic.

This gorgeous bag belonged to Chris’s grandmother and has been used by her granddaughters on their wedding days…. I just loves little stories like this.

This is Holly ….. she is Chris and Jason’s baby. This is the bike that Chris rides to work everyday – I had one very similar when I was ten.

Oliver’s is a beautiful place for wedding photos and and even better place to spend the night. Can highly recommend it, the rooms are just amazing and the breakfast is divine!

A huge thank you to Chris and Jason for inviting me to share your day with you. Rob and I had the best time. You guys are awesome and we wish you much joy and happiness in your marriage.
