Cheryl & Tari – Wedding at Wingatui.

I had the MOST ever fun at this wedding – they should surely win a prize for the friendliest and most helpful bridal party. Cheryl and her girls were “Pretty in Pink” and Tari and the boys were absolutely brilliant at striking poses for the camera, not to mention giving the girls advice on which way to hold their flowers for the perfect photo. There was laughing from start to finish.
The photo session started on a bright sunny Saturday, overlooking the sea from Cheryl’s family farm where we got to hang out for some fun girly photos. The day just got hotter and hotter, but then just after the ceremony, when we were about to head off for more photos, down came the RAIN.
We had a slight change of plans and headed for the shelter of the Dunedin Railway Station…gorgeous old building and perfect for a rainy wedding day. More sheltered spots were found in the forest and then the rain stopped just in time for us to blow bubbles and play in the Autumn leaves…..a perfect day!!
Cheryl and Tari, thank you SO much for inviting me to share your wedding day – I loved very minute of it!
Wishing you a future filled with perfect days.

And……just one more thing….. I’ll be at the Elegant Wedding Show this Sunday from 10.30 at the Edgar Centre. If you’re planning a wedding, pop in and talk to me about your wedding photography, I’d love to see you!
